Registration and support
There is no registration fee but the registration is mandatory!We will cover the costs of the welcome buffet for everybody and (if enough funding available) one hotel night for each participant. Some financial support may be available for younger participants - contact the organizers for details.
Scientific Program
The first talk of the meeting will start on Thursday the 14th of June at 14:30.The last one will take place on Friday the 15th of June 11:30 to 12:30.
There will also be a related talk by Alexei Kotov at the LaSIE seminar on Thursday at 11:00.
Food
A cold buffet (offered to everybody) will be provided on the arrival day starting from 12h30.The social dinner will take place on Thursday evening (some contribution may be asked).
For those who want, a lunch (at your own cost) will be organized on Friday.
Conference venue
The meeting will take place in room C21 of the Orbigny building - Faculty of Sciences,Avenue Henri Becquerel, University of La Rochelle.

How to come there
If you come by plane: Aéroport La Rochelle Ile de RéYou can take the bus Illico 1 (any direction) to the place de Verdun,
from there the bus Illico 3 Direction Normandin to the Le Lac stop.
If you come by train:
Paris(Gare Montparnasse) - La Rochelle about 2h45
Bordeaux - La Rochelle about 2h15
Nantes - La Rochelle about 2h30
Attention: SNCF (French trains) on strike
From the Railway station bus stop Gare SNCF rue de Colmar, take the bus Illico 3 Direction Normandin
or 4 Direction Plage des Minimes to the Le Lac stop, or come on foot (about 1,5km)
